A Snorting Snetterton Finale

360 Racing enjoyed podiums aplenty at a sun-baked Snetterton, but just fell short of clinching the title.

In the Masters Class, the team’s highest placed SR8 had moved into contention, needing to win both races to win the championship. And race one went according to plan, with Ross and Terrence on the top step of the podium. However, despite a valiant effort, second was the best they could manage in race 2.
In the Supersport Class, Tony Well and James Littlejohn flew the flag for 360 Racing, with a cracking weekend. See race report for full details.
Alexander Sims tests with 360 Racing

Up and coming British GP3 driver, Alex Sims, joined 360 Racing at Silverstone for a one day test.

Sims was immediately on the pace with a 1m 58s on old rubber (!) and working on set-up with pro driver Ross Kaiser and Team Manager Mark Owen, the car improved steadily throughout day. “Alex is a cracking driver and it’s been a pleasure to have him with us today,” commented Mark. “He’s given us good feedback on the car and the changes we made have found us time.”
Perky in the Park

360 Racing moved back into contention in the Masters class of the UK Cup at Donington Park, winning race 1 and coming third in race 2.
Ross and Terrence in their number 88 Radical SR8 RX took a big chunk out of the leaders points advantage to set up a barnstorming last round at Snetterton in October.
Thriller in Imola

Bitter disappointment was the only way to describe the results from a race weekend that promised so much.
The team were soon on the pace at the beautiful and historic Imola circuit, with opportunities to win in both races. Tyre issues and contact with backmarkers (twice!) robbed 360 Racing of both class and overall victories.
Splash & dash at the Hatch

360 Racing won race 1 at a wet Brands Hatch, despite extremely challenging weather. Having been wet all day, the circuit began to dry 5 minutes before the beginning of the race, causing mayhem in the collecting area, as teams placed their bets on either slicks or wets.
